Hi, Guys! Caught your gig at John Henry's last night - KILLER! It was smokin!
I'm the Director of a Non-profit here in Eugene called 'Artists4Action'; we're an environmental group that has a Movie Project about HOW TO SAVE OUR SALMON!

We are interested in asking whether you might be interested in helping us on it.

Your music would be great for parts of the Soundtrack. It's a full-length Adventure Romance (not a documentary)and it advocates for the real 'biological' solutions that are the Salmon's only hopes (unlike Bush & now Obama's ideas - which will surely push them faster towards EXTINCTION!)

Please write me back at: cat@artists4action.org

Let me know how to contact you, and what might be a good time to give you call.
You would also be welcome to call us, if you want (541) 988-1218. I can explain the full concept of this project when we speak -or scope out our website

I was very impressed with your great lineup - I'm a Bass Player; and I really enjoyed hearing your Bass-heavy Jams! WhooHo! The place was Rockin!

Let me know what's the best way to reach you, and can explain how your great music can help inspire audiences to 'Save Our Salmon'! We are donating the profits to the Columbia Riverkeepers, who are on-the-ground working to save the Columbia River and the fish.

And here's a partial listing of some of the talented artists who have already 'signed on' to this project, to lend some music to help paint the picture of why it's important to demand that the Feds really 'do everything necessary to save the Salmon':

STRING CHEESE INCIDENT, RAILROAD EARTH, PETE SEEGER, ANI DIFRANCO, JOHN HIATT, VICTOR WOOTEN, JACKSON BROWNE, THE DUHKS, CURTIS SALGADO, CARBON LEAF, TIM REYNOLDS (And...we are still waiting to hear back from DAVE MATTHEWS - & are very hopeful; cuz DAVE is such an active environmentalist himself!)

So, your great songs would be in 'Good Company'! Please write back when's a good time to catch up to you, and will explain more when we speak.

Really enjoyed your show-when are you coming back to Oregon? -We NEED you!LOL!

    Thanks, Cat Koehn/Director
